- Complete all the required fields of the fill able PDF registration form.
- Click on the Submit by Email button to open a new email message window as shown below.
- Right-click on the email attachment FillableSSIRegistrationForm_data.xml to display the right-click menu.
- Select the Open option to open the file FillableSSIRegistrationForm_data.xml in a default application.
- Use the Save As option on the File menu to load the Save As dialog.
- Browse for the desired location for the data file and enter a name in the File name: string box.
- Click on the Save button to save the form data as an xml file.
- Send the saved xml file as an email attachment using the URL https://www.ciphersend.com/2GEPT.
