SOFTWARE PRODUCTS
Perpetual single user
licenses - Installation CD-ROM (electronic installation applications
are not available)
- All single user licenses are perpetual and require no
maintenance or renewal fees.
- All paid single user license upgrades are optional.
- All free single user license upgrades are optional, but
strongly recommended for receiving technical support.
- The owner of a single user license can install the software
on more than one personal computer as long as the owner
remains the only end user of the software.
- An additional user license permits the single user license
owner to install the software on one institution-owned computer
for one other end user associated with the same department.
- A lost installation CD-ROM for the current version of
any software product can be replaced at a cost of 30 USD.
- A lost installation CD-ROM for the earlier version of
any software product can only be replaced by ordering a
paid upgrade from the earlier version to the current version.

rental editions of the IRT software products (BILOG-MG, MULTILOG,
PARSCALE, and TESTFACT for Windows) are restricted to academic
research and instructional use only and the use for assessment
purposes is specifically excluded. If the IRT software products
are to be used for assessment work, see http://www.ssicentral.com/ordering/academic.html
for more information on production licenses.

The rental editions of SuperMix for
Windows are not available yet.

Rental licenses are delivered electonically
in the sense that the URL for the installation application
of the rental edition, the installation instructions,
and a PDF copy of the invoice are sent by email to the
email address provided in the shipping information section
of the order.

SSI, Inc. offers a discount equivalent
to the minimum of the amount paid up to the final rental
period and the price of a new single user license for
end users converting their existing rental licenses
to perpetual single user licenses. Please contact Gerhard

for its other software products to resellers provided that
the academic end user data (including university, department
(not the IT department), city, and country)
are sent to sales@ssicentral.com.
Please note that each department within a university
is required to have its own separate single user license.
