Purpose
To specify the data to be analyzed.
Appearance
Actions
Select the appropriate group from the Groups drop-down list box (if applicable).
Check the Estimate latent means check box (if applicable).
Select the type of data matrix to be used from the Statistics from drop-down list box.
Click on the Add Latent Variables button to load the Add Variables dialog box.
Select the file type from the File type drop-down list box.
Click on the Browse button to browse for the existing file. Otherwise, click on the New button.
Check the desired check boxes in the Summary statistics drop-down list box (if applicable).
Check the Include weight matrix check box (if applicable).
Select the type of matrix from the drop-down list box (if applicable).
Click on the Browse button to browse for the file for the weight matrix (if applicable).
Enter the sample size in the Number of observations string field.
Select the matrix to be analyzed from the Matrix to be analyzed drop-down list box.
Click on the Previous button to reload the Labels dialog box.
Click on the OK button to return to the open window.
Note
The Data dialog box corresponds with the System file from file, the Covariance matrix from file, Asymptotic covariance matrix from file and Sample size commands as shown above.
